On 15-17 November, a wide range of LPG-powered cars will be exclusively exhibited in the context of the World LPG Forum and AEGPL Congress. It will take place at Firenze Fiera Congress and Exhibition Centre, one of the largest convention centres in Italy, which benefit from a unique city location, in the heart of Florence.

The models to be exhibited include the Toyota Prius, showing the full compatibility of LPG with electro-mobility. Autogas versions of the Fiat 500, the Dacia Duster, the Opel Mokka and the recently launched Opel Karl will also be shown to the public. In addition, visitors will have the chance to see the iconic rally Ford Fiesta R5 LPG, with which the famous pilot Giandomenico Basso won several races of the Italian rally championship.

“LPG is an energy source that offers ‘clean’ energy with a low environmental impact, characteristics that are close to Florence’s heart and to its administration”, said Dario Nardella, Mayor of Florence. “The green policies of the city of Florence focus on the reduction of pollution and on sustainable development, with particular attention to the protection of the environment”.

This unique event travels annually attracting key international agencies, policymakers, media and the highest level of industry leaders to explore the LPG business, discuss the latest opportunities and challenges.
