Philippines: new alternative fuel station opens in the province of Laguna

Cleanfuel is expanding its presence in Laguna with the opening of its 10th service station in the province. The new facility, which offers Autogas, is located in the municipality of Santa Cruz, the capital of Laguna. Cleanfuel was established in 2007 in order to meet the growing demand of taxis units using LPG.

“We are now at the centre of Laguna with this branch in Sta. Cruz,” Cleanfuel President and CEO Jesus Suntay said. “Cleanfuel’s aim of providing the highest quality of fuel will ultimately meet the needs of the municipality as well as contribute to the local economy,” he said.

Cleanfuel now has a total of 10 stations in Laguna, with branches located in Sta. Cruz, Alaminos, Calauan-San Pablo, Biñan, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Los Baños, Pila, Calauan, San Pablo North and San Pablo South.

The company is also targeting thriving areas poised for further growth.

According to Cleanfuel, they are one of the country’s pioneers in using cleaner and cheaper alternatives to gasoline, including Autogas.
