Worten, an appliance store with locations in Spain and Portugal, has launched a new offer under its Worten Estrena programme. The company’s clients now can drive a Fiat 500 Hybrid Lounge powered by LPG and have a Samsung Galaxy S8, for only 199 euros per month without deposit. This renting initiative is for 12 months, after which the customer has the possibility to return both the car and the smartphone, or to access a new offer of similar characteristics.

Daniel Molero, Director of Change Management and New Business at Worten Spain, said: “The consumer is changing and we must respond to their needs. The ‘pay per use’ scheme is already a reality in other European markets and in Spain is growing exponentially. Worten Estrena is a response to people’s demand for access to the latest technology in an easy and affordable way.”

The Autogas/petrol bifuel technology makes this rental car an environmentally-friendly vehicle, thus categorised under the ECO label (issued by the Spanish General Direction of Transport)- which allows it to operate during restrictions of circulation. The car is also “all-risks” insured.

Moreover, the offer represents an estimated savings of more than 1,500 euros compared to the purchase of the same vehicle and smartphone, allowing customers to renew them, if desired, every year.

The initiative is led by Worten Spain with the collaboration of ALD Automotive, leasing and fleet management company of the Société Générale (French financial group), and Repsol. The latter is offering a 300-euro discount to Worten customers to refuel at its Autogas stations. If you want to know more, please visit this link.
