After years of importing cars from Chinese brands such as Great Wall and Haval, Eurasia Motor Company now brings the Wave 3 model with bi-fuel engine (LPG/petrol) to the Italian market. This is the first SUV of its EMC brand and will compete with the Dacia Duster and the DR 5.0, both also offered in Autogas version.

The Wave 3 is a City SUV of the C segment destined for a wide market sector. Defined as an “all-purpose SUV”, this model expresses versatility and adaptability for a variety of users, primarily families, who can drive in the city as well as enjoy small adventures outside the city.

Wave 3 is offered in bi-fuel Autogas version with an 83 kW 1.5 aspirated engine combined with a 5-speed manual gearbox or with a 108 kW 1.5 turbo engine combined with a CVT automatic transmission that can also be used in 9-speed sequential mode. Both engines boast cutting-edge technical solutions that make it possible to combine exceptional performance and low fuel consumption.

The naturally aspirated engine is equipped with an intake manifold with variable geometry ducts and a double phase controller; while the turbo engine is equipped with a water intercooler integrated in the intake manifold, double phase controller and low inertia turbocharger with electronic control valve that allow to reach a thermal efficiency of 37.1%.

Both Autogas versions are equipped with a sequent plug & drive LPG system with dedicated Wave 3 application from BRC, which guarantees very low operating costs and a total petrol/LPG range of over 1000 km. For more information, please check here.
