Dacia unveils new LPG ECO-G engine at Brussels Motor Show

Dacia announced the launch of its new ECO-G 100 engine with bi-fuel LPG/petrol technology, which will be offered on four models of the Dacia range: Logan, Logan MCV, Sandero and Duster.

The ECO-G 100, three-cylinder turbo engine offers an enhanced service level with better acceleration responsiveness, with 100 HP, a maximum torque of 170 Nm from 2,000 rpm, enabling versatile use.

Moreover, this LPG technology, to be presented on the Duster model at the Brussels Motor Show (10-19 January 2020), will help reduce the CO2 emissions of the engine by around 10% compared to its petrol version.

“This engine improves performance while reducing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. The ECO-G is a proven, simple to use, affordable and economical to use solution that meets the needs of DACIA brand customers,” says the brand in a press release.
