Italy: renewed Haval H2 SUV with Autogas version

A year after its arrival in the Italian market, Haval is introducing the restyling of the H2 with mono-fuel Autogas approval. The price of this alternative fuel SUV starts at 18,900 Euros.

The vehicles features a proven 1.5 turbo petrol engine with LPG system, manufactured by the Italian company BRC, which is capable of delivering a maximum power of 144 HP at 5,600 rpm and a torque of 206 Nm at 2,600 rpm. It has a six-speed manual transmission. The GW4G15B engine also complies with the Euro 6D-Temp anti-pollution regulation.

Moreover, the mono-fuel homologation ensures national benefits such as a 75% reduction in property tax, and in some regional cases, it gets a total exemption.

Thanks to its highly efficient LPG system, the consumption recorded in the combined WLTP is around 10.1 l/100 km. The capacity of the LPG tank is 53 litres and guarantees an autonomy that exceeds 500 km, while with the remaining 15 litres of petrol it is possible to travel up to 150 km.

The Haval H2 LPG is a vehicle built to operate on Autogas for almost all of its operating time. It uses petrol only during start-up and in the following instants, until the coolant liquid reaches the ideal temperature to switch to LPG mode. In all other conditions, the car can operate using LPG only. For more information, please check this link.
