Searching the web leads to very few hits in France. It seems there is no advertisement campaign associated with this model. It is configurable through Renault’s own website though.

The number of small vehicles which offer a diesel alternative are becoming increasingly rare. If an alternative to gasoline is provided at all, some manufacturers have opted into gaseous fuels, most prominently Opel with the ADAM, only available in gasoline and Autogas flavours.
