LPG-powered racing car launched at Paris Motor Show

Italian company Tecno has recently launched the Tecno Montecarlo Nanni Galli Ecoracing powered by LPG and featuring an Alfa Romeo V8 503 horse power (HP) engine. The official premier of the racing car took place at the Paris Motor Show which is open until 14 October.

The new Tecno Nanni Galli V8 Ecoracing is a modern and technological GT made of carbon fibre.

In this model, the Italian brand pairs its racing tradition with the development of alternative energies in the automotive sector, to pursue the goal of achieving low emissions even in high-performance applications. In fact, the car was on display at the Paris Motor Show in the area dedicated to alternative energies and new forms of mobility.

The Nanni Galli V8 Ecoracing LPG will be available to order at an indicative price of up to 300,000 Euro. Only five street legal copies will be manufactured, at an indicative price of 350,000 Euro. The Italian company expects the new supercar participates at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, in the category reserved for GT powered by alternative energies.

Autogas vehicles are classified in France as the least polluting vehicles (category 1 in the vehicle labelling system), immediately after the zero emission electric ones. For more information, please check this link.
