In April, The National Propane Gas Association’s 70th Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo returns to Music City Centre in Nashville, Tennessee. A highlight of the event, taking place on 21-23 April, will be the United Propane Autogas Solutions (UPAS) Group’s Autogas Pavilion—focused on manufacturing products, processes, education tools, and services specific to the rapidly growing Autogas market.

Vehicles featured in the UPAS-Icom booth at the Autogas Pavilion will include a Ford F-550 V10 crane truck, built for Corrigan Propane, by Signature Truck of Michigan. With the patented Icom bi-fuel propane liquid-injection system, certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), this truck demonstrates the current movement among propane companies to green their fleets with their own fuel—and enjoy significant savings through better performance than gasoline and similar fuel efficiency.

Also on display will be Icom’s patented and extremely low-emissions EPA-certified propane direct liquid-injection system for the new direct-injection engines; Industrial Propane Services’ Autogas dispenser line; and Lehr/EnviroGard’s next generation EPA-certified propane small engines. Representatives will be available from all of the noted manufactures and UPAS Group continues to seek new members for their growing Autogas group.

NPGA expects over 4,000 participants over the three-day event—including representatives from nearly 250 exhibiting organisations. Conference programming consists of 28 breakout sessions, eight Fast-Track Sessions, eight Propane Technical Workshops, PERC Update Live!, and the Women in Propane Roundtable. The Expo Welcome Reception, Women in Propane Reception, and a members’ reception for Young Gassers provide additional networking opportunities. Visit NPGAexpo.com for complete details.
