With Directive 2014/94/EU, the European Union decided that dispensers, vehicles and nozzles need to be marked with fuel grade labels to provide clear information about the fuel, including Autogas.

The standard EN 16942:2016 has been created to implement the Directive, and until autumn 2018, all refuelling stations have to be equipped with the new fuel grade identification.

To meet this new standard, refuelling equipment manufacturer Elaflex is providing the new scuffguard with integrated Fuel Grade Identification for their ZVG 2 Autogas nozzles.

The scuffguard is available in black or orange and can be retrofitted on-site. Additionally to the fuel grade identification it offers a large space for custom made designs and advertisement. For more information, please check this link.
